Being healthy means what we do has to be easy, if it’s not and you are anything like me than you won’t continue. I have hand / grip issues as well, so this made it were I can independently make myself a meal.

The Starfrit was an item I saw online and ordered based solely on the reviews. I looked further into it, and saw that it was featured previously on HSN. I loved watching their presentations because it gives me a step by step guide on how to use the products they sell. This one didn’t need much explanation, but one thing is make sure that the clear chute clicks into place. It’s a great safety feature because the blade won’t spin until it’s shut right. When spiralizing all you have to do is the the ends off.

The Chefman was something I accidentally stumbled on and was impressed in all it could do! The listing stated:

6-IN-1 Food Prep Kit, Includes 3 Spiralizing Blade Attachments, Zoodle Maker; Grate, Ribbon, Spiral, Chop, Whisk and Puree

I’m not too happy with the noodle spiralizer, but it could be a user error (as in me!). I will say you do need pressure unlike the Starfit. When preparing the item you are spiralizing it has to fit in the machine so that the plunger is in the clear container. But I’m keeping the item because I feel like the other ways I can use this gadget will work great. Plus the immersion blender will be great for my bulletproof coffees! Did I mention it grates cheese? Can’t wait to try that function. Not only are blocks of cheese cheaper, but they have less ingredients than shredded cheese which in turn makes it higher in carbs.

So Starfrit is the winner for spiralizing 👍🏻👍🏻

What Spiralizers have you used?
